Quality Assurance

All units being serviced at our facilities under go a thorough and extensive quality assurance testing program. Every unit once repaired is tested and monitored for at least 18 to 48 hours. After which each unit is then reevaluated electronically and mechanically before being advanced to the next stage, the cleaning station.

There all equipment is cleaned and checked cosmetically, "info tip" tags applied, then and only then is your equipment released. One might ask why we go through with such strict post repair testing and the answer is: WE CARE!

Packing Instructions

The best way to pack any unit is to use it's original box and packaging. If original packing is not available, use a sturdy box large enough to allow for at least 7.5cm / 3" of cushioning material on the bottom, top and all sides. Its a good idea to protect the equipment by wrapping it in plastic before packing it. (For large units a plastic garbage bag usually does the trick!).
