SUBJECT: Year 2000 Compliant Products

MCI/AVSD have checked the year 2000 Compliancy for current products on the attached listing, as well as related software which had been developed from September 1988 to June 1997,

The compliancy check was completed based on the following points of view:

  • Inability to change the data concerning the Year 2000.
  • The reservation function not working after the Year 2000.
  • When sorting the year, "00" (2000) is positioned before "99" (1999).
  • If "00" is entered, error occurs.
  • Software recognizes that the Year 2000 is not a leap year.

As a result, please be advised that all products comply with the Year 2000 and products developed after July 1997 also comply with the Year 2000.
